Retired Salary From General Motors
I purchased the Pulse Oximeter on July 2008 and used it every day for my Wife. She had Open Heart Surgery last July and she also has CPO. Most Doctors (in our area) usualy do not check her Oxygen, so we did at home. It was in the low 90% most of the time. About a month ago it started to read in the high 80's so we went to the Doctor for a check up and we asked him to check her Oxygen and it was 85%. He said she should be takeing Oxygen. About six months after we purchased the meter, the Meter did not read the corect figures some of the time. I called Devon and they said to mail it to them and they would replace the unit. I mailed it in on Thursday May 28th and received a new replacement today June 4th (only six working days). I sure was supprised to receive it, I was hopeing Devon received my return unit by now. It came back at a good time because I can now check her Oxygen at any time with her Oxygen on or off. Thank you DEVON for your fast action and it is a great unit.
