The One-Step Rapid Nicotine Test is an immunoassay which is used for the qualitative detection of Cotinine in a patient's urine. The test is simple, easy-to-use, convenient, and fast. It is based on the principle of highly specific immunochemical reactions of antigens and antibodies and works at 200 ng/ml cut-off concentration.
