Order Processing:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Processing time does not include weekend days.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm EST, excluding major holidays). We will send an email notification when your item has shipped.
Shipping and Handling:
USPS first class shipping is free on all orders within the United States! International express to any other countries is only $25.
Shipments to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes:
We provide USPS first class shipping to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes. However, you have to provide your physical address for expedited shipping.

Shipping to the United States:
USPS first class shipping to the United States – order delivery within 5-7 business days from ship date. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require extra time.
International Shipping:
DHL International Express to countries outside the United States – order delivery within 5-7 business days from ship date. Custom inspections may delay shipping.
Upgraded Shipping:
To upgrade your shipping, please add the DHL Next Day or 2nd day product to your shopping cart. Or simply call 866-317-3210 (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 9 pm EST, excluding major holidays).

Sales Tax:
We are required by law to charge 6% of sales tax to customers in Pennsylvania and an additional 1% for residents of specific municipalities in PA. For more information please contact customer service at 866-317-3210 (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 9 pm EST, excluding major holidays).
Shipping Internationally or to Canada:
The unit price of any pulse oximeter excludes VAT and international shipping charges for customers outside of USA.
DHL International Express shipping is only $25. It takes around 5-7 business days from ship date. Custom Inspections may delay shipping.
Returns and Exchanges:
Order cancellation must be made by email or phone within 24 hours from placing order. Returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance. Please inspect the item immediately after you receive it. If there is any problem with the item, buyer MUST notify us via phone or email within SEVEN (7) calendar days from receipt of the package. Our customer service representative will assess the situation and, if need be, issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The buyer is responsible for all of the return costs (including the shipping fee and insurance). We may request digital photographs if damage is stated as the reason for return. If and when you receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA), you must ship back your item(s) to Devon Superstore and to ensure prompt delivery. For order cancellations or returns due to reasons other than item damage or incorrect item shipped, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. If a refund is issued, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Promotional Terms and Conditions:
Devon Superstore uses promotions to attract new customers to our site and to retain existing customers. We encourage customers to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse of a promotion which comes to our attention may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions. Our definition of abuse by customers includes, but is not limited to, the use of a promotional code intended for another party or posting of a proprietary promotional code on message boards or other online media without written permission from Devon International Group, Inc.
We reserve the right to limit the number of times customers may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, credit/charge/debit card number, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, we reserve the right to limit the number of bonuses that may be given to any one participant. We may, in our sole discretion, limit the eligibility of customers or of any one end user to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of customers to participate in promotions. We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice to customers. However, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to customers of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination.
