How do I place my order with Devon Superstore?
We want you to feel comfortable placing your order. You can use our secure online ordering system or simply call us during regular business hours, M-F, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST. You are also welcome to fax or mail your order to us.

Is your website secure?
Yes. Our site is registered and certified. Credit card transactions are secure and processed using the Authorize.Net payment gateway.
What types of payment are accepted?
Our website facilitates ordering with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders or electronic checks.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed from Friday through Sunday will also be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We will provide you with a UPS or DHL tracking number once your order is shipped. UPS and DHL ground service takes between 3 to 7 business days. What is your cancellation policy?
Order cancellation must be made by email or phone within 24 hours from placing an order.
What is the Return Policy?
Returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance. Please inspect the item immediately after you receive it. If there is any problem with the item, buyer MUST notify us via phone or email within SEVEN (7) calendar days from receipt of the package. Our customer service representative will assess the situation and, if need be, issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The buyer is responsible for all of the return costs (including the shipping fee and insurance) We may request digital photographs if damage is stated as the reason for return. If and when you receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA), you must ship back your item(s) to Devon Superstore via DHL for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We will send an email notification once we have received the returned item(s) at which time an exact replacement will be shipped or a refund issued. For order cancellations or returns due to reasons other than item damage or incorrect item shipped, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. If a refund is issued, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
Do you offer Volume Discounts?
Yes, we offer volume discounts on our office chairs and patio heaters. Purchase 5-9 of the same item and receive 5% off each item; purchase 10-24 of the same item and receive 10% off each item. For purchases of 25 or more of the same item, call 866.317.3210 or email us for special pricing.
