How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed on Monday — Thursday will be processed and shipped from our warehouse the next business day. (Example: An order placed on Tuesday, will be processed and shipped Wednesday).

Orders placed on Friday — Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

We will email you with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Ground service takes between 3 to 7 business days.

Free shipping (United States only) is usually 5-7 days from the ship date.


Why didn't I receive my tracking number?

How do I place my order with Devon Superstore?

We want you to feel comfortable placing your order. You can use our secure online ordering system or call in and speak with one of our customer service representatives. Orders can also be faxed or mailed to us. For our mail in order we can only accept checks as payment. All faxes and mail ins please include your name, shipping address and best contact number that we may reach you at. Our regular business hours are M-F, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST.

What types of payment are accepted?

Our website facilitates ordering with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders or electronic checks.


Is there a warranty? What if I need a replacement or repair?


Warranties vary by product. Please check the product description for more information. Many pulse oximeters carry a 1 year limited warranty. Many defibrillators carry multi-year warranties. If you have a specific warranty question about a product please contact customer service.

Repair or Replacement:

As long as you are still under the warranty you will be able to receive a replacement or repair at no extra cost. Please fill out the customer service form to receive an RMA# and instructions on how to go about getting a replacement.


How do I cancel an order?

Order cancellation must be made by email or phone within 24 hours from placing an order.


What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance. Please inspect the item immediately after you receive it. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. Customers MUST notify us via phone (866-446-0092), email, or our customer service form.

Customer service will assess the situation and issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The buyer is responsible for all of the return costs (including the shipping fee and insurance). A 15% restocking fee may be applied if the return item(s) is not in its original condition. If a refund is issued, please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Volume discounts are offered online for some products. Volume discounts will be listed on the product details page where available. Volume discounts may be also be available for other products. Please contact customer service for more information.


Shipping and Handling:

USPS first class shipping is free on all orders within the United States! We do not ship internationally except to Canada, which is only $25.


Shipments to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes:

We provide USPS first class shipping to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes. However, you have to provide your physical address for expedited shipping.

Expedited shipping IS NOT available to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes.


Delivery Time:

Shipping to the United States:
USPS first class shipping to the United States – order delivery within 5-7 business days from ship date. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require extra time.

International Shipping to Canada:
UPS International Express to Canda – order delivery within 5-7 business days from ship date. Custom inspections may delay shipping. The unit price of any pulse oximeter excludes VAT and international shipping charges for customers outside of USA.

Upgraded Shipping:
To upgrade your shipping, please choose Next Day or 2nd day during checkout.

Please note: Orders take 1 business day to process and ship. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 9 pm EST, excluding major holidays). Example: An order placed Monday with next day shipping, will ship Tuesday and should be delivered Wednesday.


Sales Tax:

We are required by law to charge 6% of sales tax to customers in Pennsylvania and an additional 1% or 2% for residents of specific municipalities in PA.


Promotional Terms and Conditions:

Devon Superstore uses promotions to attract new customers to our site and to retain existing customers. We encourage customers to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse of a promotion which comes to our attention may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions. Our definition of abuse by customers includes, but is not limited to, the use of a promotional code intended for another party or posting of a proprietary promotional code on message boards or other online media without written permission from Devon International Group, Inc.

We reserve the right to limit the number of times customers may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, credit/charge/debit card number, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, we reserve the right to limit the number of bonuses that may be given to any one participant. We may, in our sole discretion, limit the eligibility of customers or of any one end user to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of customers to participate in promotions. We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice to customers. However, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to customers of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination.
